How it works

The process from contact to installation is simple, and we’ll walk you through every step of the way. Our process is as follows:

Stage one: plant design consultation

The first step is to arrange an initial consultation with our team. During this stage, one of our experienced designers will take the time to visit your site and evaluate how best to dress the space. We will take into account the layout of your workspace, the types of greenery you wish to incorporate, and your budget.

Stage two: custom design proposal

Next, our designers will construct a custom proposal that includes product and plant recommendations for your needs. If you’re looking to create custom joineries and fit-outs, we can also work with your architect or interior designer for the design.

Stage three: expert installation

Once the proposal is approved by you, our expert installation team will step in and begin completing the fit-out. We will work to your schedule, doing our best to impact your day-to-day operations as little as possible. During this stage, we’ll also be careful to keep your furniture and flooring protected.

Stage four: indoor plant maintenance

The Frenchams Group offers maintenance and plant care packages to keep your indoor plants looking their best. These services include pruning, watering, cleaning, fertilising, and pest and disease control. We will also replace any plants that are deteriorating. This maintenance will be completed on a schedule that works for you.
